Vice-Chair
Jay has a passion for growing non-profits and start-ups. His background is in web optimization, applications, and implementing services to enrich teams and grow global organizations. Jay consults with [international] corporations evaluating and implementing technology to achieve their ministry goals.

Mark has a passion to help ministries accomplish all to which God has called them and to challenge and equip others to use their skills for ministry. Within CIM, these passions are worked out through partnerships with ministry organizations and through the team that God has brought together.

Gary chose to work for CIM because it allows him to use his skills in serving multiple ministries in order to support the amazing visions and goals God has given them to achieve. The team at CIM has a genuine heart to help and he is thrilled to work alongside so many talented individuals who steward the gifts and opportunities they have with such care and passion.

Sean loves the challenge of understanding the innermost workings of just about everything. Computers provided an easy avenue to break down and rebuild an immense collection of information and function. The ministries behind the computers are an equal, or even greater challenge, getting to know the hearts of each individual. CIM provided an outlet for IT work that furthers the Kingdom of God. Where other ministries make up the hands and feet, Sean saw the opportunity to be a kidney.
